Canadian Prices

Canadian Prices reflect an Exchange rate at Par with the US dollar, and include international shipping, brokerage, handling and others costs involved in handling US products. This may mean that the Canadian price is above the US price. We do our best to minimize this differential however many charges are outside of our control.

Before you order please note:

Orders may be subject to minimum order quantities or sizes. Some products may be drop shipped from the supplier or manufacturer and may be subject to an additional charge. Returns

All electrical, and electronic items, special order products and chemicals are not returnable. Other goods are returnable only if the packaging is unopened and undamaged. All returns are subject to a 15-25% handling and re-stocking fee. All authorized returns must be shipped prepaid with an Return Authorization Number. Please call before shipping to obtain this number. Ensure this number is clearly shown on the exterior of the shipped item. Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the sender. Products returned without authorization will not be accepted and the sender will be responsible for charges related to these returns.
